Profile
A highly skilled and experienced product manager, I excel influencing strategic decisions with CEO's and CTO's, working alongside profession heads across the business negotiating resource and managing costs, whilst coaching and mentoring teams to develop high performing behaviors.
I know enough to be able to talk tech, whilst also being able to adapt my communication styles to use clear concise "non-technical" language translating complex scenarios, to stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority across the organization.
Influencing decision making based on agreed outcomes, I have a strong empathy with end users and can present big picture understanding, ensuring user need is at the heart of service design.
